Facial Cleansing and Technique

It is important for people, especially women, to cleanse, tone, and moisturize their faces twice a day. It is also important to give the same treatment to their necks, chests, shoulders, hands and feet, at least once a day. There are many, many products for sale that you may choose from. It is recommended you ask other customers, and try samples of a product before you decide if you like it or not. It’s good to have more than one brand of skin products in your bathroom. Use your second favorite choice once or twice a month.

The way you cleanse or put on your make up is crucial to keeping elasticity in your skin. Always, always, always gently rub away from the force of gravity. Up and out toward your hairline. It only makes sense that as time goes on the Earth’s gravity pulls our soft tissue closer and closer to the ground. How depressing is that? Well with proper the proper exercise program, eating well, reducing stress, and taking care of yourself with affordable products that work, you will definitely keep stay young from the inside out.

Does your daily moisturizer have an SPF of 30 or higher?

Neutrogena Daytime Moisturizer – Do Not Use Near Eyes

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer, DRY-TOUCH SUNBLOCK, Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 45, is the daily moisturizer I use in the morning. As we age, and as the sun becomes stronger, we really need to protect our skin from head to toe. I use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer on my face (not around my eyes), neck, chest, shoulders, hands, and feet (unless I’m wearing close toed shoes).

I enjoy this product because it is non-greasy, and absorbs into the skin smoothly and quickly. It blocks both UVA and UBV rays, and has a light scent of vacation. Neutrogena also offers different SPF amounts. I am quite impressed with this product, and I recommend everyone try it.

My basic routine is to cleanse with Neutrogena, tone with any alcohol-free toner, moisturize with Neutrogena in the daytime with Oil of Olay and Preparation H around my eyes and just Oil of Olay at night. I switch products every couple of months and use Mary Kay Products.

Other Neutrogena Products

Neutrogena has been in business since 1930, and is a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Visit their website to view their many, skin care, hair care, and other pampering products. I have used their cleansers and soaps, but haven’t tried their hair care products. I am very happy with the cleanser I use, Neutrogena deep clean invigorating foaming scrub. It has a hint of abrasion for light exfoliation and a strong, cleansing smell. It tingles a bit while it is on your face. Also, when I use my toner, I find very little excess dirt or make up on the cotton ball.

There is More to Care For Than Just Your Face

Just as you would like your face to be as radiant and young looking as possible, your neck, chest and hands deserve the same treatment. If you use anti-aging products on those other parts of your body, you will have a youthful appearance from head to toe.

in addition to your face, neck, chest, and hands, you may want to pamper your feet, elbows, and knees as well. The skin is the body's largest organ, and the most difficult to take care of. But your skin deserves the special attention you give to it, so invest the time and effort. You won't be sorry.

Also, please treat all exposed parts of your body with a sun block of at least an SPF 45 before you spend any time in the sun. Protection from the sun's ultraviolet rays will not only keep your skin young, but healthy as well.

Thank you for your interest in my writing. I certainly hope the read was helpful and entertaining. I like to learn from others. So, please, say what you would like to say in the comments section; as long as you are professional.
